Bonifay Motorcyclist Struck, Killed by Vehicle on Capital Circle Northwest in Tallahassee

Tallahassee, Florida (March 28, 2018) – A motorcyclist was struck and killed by a vehicle Monday evening in Tallahassee, according to authorities.

The fatal crash took place at around 6:00 p.m. Monday, March 26 on Capital Circle Northwest.

According to the authorities, Louis Wolter, 32, of Bonifay, was riding southbound on Capital Circle Northwest When a Chevrolet 3500 driven by Tommy Davis started to make a U-turn and pulled up in front of the motorcycle. The motorcycle struck the side of the Chevrolet.

Wolter was transported to Tallahassee Memorial Hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries during treatment.

Davis was not injured.

No further information regarding the crash is available at this time.

An investigation into the crash is underway.
