Lacy Houdek Fatally Struck by Vehicle on State Road 104 in Las Vegas
Las Vegas, Nevada (March 24, 2018) – The woman who was struck and killed by a vehicle Thursday morning in Las Vegas has been identified as Lacy Houdek, 48, according to authorities.
The deadly incident took place on State Road 104 on Thursday, March 22.
According to the authorities, Houdek was jogging on the westbound shoulder of State Road 104 when a 2003 Chevrolet pickup heading westbound, drifted onto the shoulder of the State Road and struck her.
Houdek was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the pickup was taken to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
No further information regarding the deadly crash was immediately provided.
The fatal crash remains under investigation.
