Woman Struck, Killed by Car on Sahara Avenue at Industrial Road in Las Vegas
Las Vegas, Nevada (April 1, 2018) – A 59-year-old woman was struck and killed by a car on Saturday night in Las Vegas, according to Nevada Highway Patrol.
The fatal crash took place around 7:45 p.m. Saturday, March 31 in the eastbound lanes of Sahara Avenue at Industrial Road.
According to NHP, the woman was not in a marked crosswalk when she was hit by a Toyota Prius heading eastbound on Sahara Avenue.
The driver of the Prius remained at the scene and Cooperated with the investigators.
The woman was declared dead at the scene.
No other information about the incident was available.
The crash remains under investigation.
