Man Struck, Killed by Vehicle on Rainbow Boulevard near Washington Avenue in Las Vegas
Las Vegas, Nevada (March 28, 2018) – A man was struck and killed by a vehicle Monday evening in Las Vegas, according to authorities.
The fatal incident happened at around 8:09 p.m. Monday, March 26 on Rainbow Boulevard near Washington Avenue.
According to the authorities, the man was standing in the center turn lane on Rainbow Boulevard and tried to cross through the eastbound lanes when he was struck by a GMC Envoy.
The man was transported to University Medical Center, where he later succumbed to his injuries while undergoing treatment.
The driver of the GMC remained at the scene and complied with the investigators.
An investigation into the deadly accident is ongoing.
