York County, South Carolina (March 24, 2018) – A motorcyclist was killed in a collision with a car on Saturday evening in York County, according to troopers.
The fatal accident took place at around 5:30 p.m. Saturday, March 24 on Sharon Road.
According to the troopers, the motorcyclist was riding a 2010 Harley-Davidson on Sharon Road when a 17-year-old teen driving a sports utility vehicle attempted to make a left turn and collided with the motorcycle.
The motorcyclist was pronounced deceased at the site of the incident.
The teen was not injured.
