One Killed, One Injured in Two-Vehicle Collision near 75th Avenue and Buckeye Road in Phoenix

Phoenix, Arizona (April 8, 2018) – One person was killed, and another was hospitalized after a two-car crash in Phoenix Saturday morning, according to Phoenix police.

The incident occurred at around 2:00 a.m. Saturday, April 7 near 75th Avenue and Buckeye Road.

According to the Phoenix police, a car was traveling southbound on 75th Avenue when it crashed with a semi-trailer that was making a left turn into private parking.

The passenger in the car died at the scene while the driver was transported to a hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The driver of the semi-trailer was not injured.

The investigation is ongoing at this time.
