Bobby Bullard Killed in Oildale Pedestrian Crash on Manor Street

Oildale, California (October 28, 2020) – A man who was killed in a pedestrian accident that happened on Monday afternoon in Oildale has been identified as 58-year-old Bobby Lee Bullard.

The accident occurred in the 4000 block of Manor Street at around 4:30 p.m. October 26.

According to the Kern County Sheriff’s Office, Bullard was standing next to his food delivery truck in the roadway when he was hit by a white box truck.

The California Highway Patrol responded to the crash and pronounced Bullard dead at the scene.

The truck driver remained at the scene and cooperated with the authorities.

Alcohol and drugs did not appear to be factors in the collision.
