Multi-Car Accident at Winslow and Davis Roads in Calipatria Sends 1 to Hospital
Calipatria, California (May 23, 2020) – At least one person was sent to a hospital with serious injuries following a multi-vehicle crash in Calipatria Friday afternoon, authorities reported.
At about 2:23 p.m. Friday, May 22, officers responded to the area of Winslow Road and Davis Road, for reports of a traffic collision.
As per the report, at least three vehicles collided at the intersection of Winslow Road and Davis Road. One of the involved vehicles, a white Toyota 4Runner SUV, overturned after the impact.
Authorities said at least one patient was taken to Desert Regional Hospital with major injuries.
The accident remains under investigation.
