Tehachapi, CA: One Killed in Highway 58 Fatal Big Rig Crash
Tehachapi, California (October 20, 2016) – One person was killed Wednesday evening after a big rig and another vehicle collided on Highway 58 in Tehachapi, according to a California Highway Patrol report.
The accident took place on Wednesday evening when a big rig and an unidentified vehicle collided near Tehachapi Willow Springs Road.
According to the California Highway Patrol, one person who was inside the vehicle was fatally injured in the crash and was pronounced dead at the scene.
Reportedly, the big rig jackknifed across the street and completely blocked the eastbound and westbound lanes of the highway.
The authorities did not state the exact time when the incident occurred. No further information concerning the crash.
